Definitely. This was such a fun movie to watch... It seems like they put all the crappy stuff on DVD but they don't bother with movies like this...
shareHave to agree with you there mate....this was a great movie, very underrated, but it made it's point, gave you an hour or so of entertainment, so what more do you want!?.

Time to let this title be shoved into whoever's responsible at Fox eh! Maybe a quick note to thedigitalbits maybe. Who knows, there might be a swag of fans of this flick out there, they've just probably forgot about it eh!

i just found it on ebay for $1.50 I sooo want to see it but i dunno a dollar 50 would buy me adelicious cheasy gordita crunch... Nah im just kidding *beep* it man i'll go for it!
shareDoes anyone from the studios ever read this stuff? It took nearly 15 years for 'Shirley Valentine' to hit the stores, and then only in 4:3 (even though it was marketed as a part of Paramount's Widescreen Collection.. come on guys!!
shareRecently saw at the digitalbits.com, this movie is expected to be released some time the middle of this year, and I think by Anchor Bay, or was it Alliance Atlantis....anyhow, about bloody time!

I think it's because of the cost of remastering the DVD's so they won't look like VHS.

True, it should indeed come to DVD.
But, you people do't know how lucky you are. Even if it does get released on DVD, it will never get shipped to the UK. Just like the video never did.
