WHY is this film no longer available on DVD? Having given my original copy to a dear friend who teaches theater, I found myself having to pay an absurd price for a used copy. What gives?

actually i've been to dallas many times & most of it is also mostly flat. Houston has other features near the rivers & bayous where there are gently sloping areas especially downtown & river oaks. not surprising though how many outsiders have the wrong impressions of the area.
