YOu know, they really did a great job making this that time period. Not only did they have the cars, but those buses! Adn how about downtown Houston?
Recall the scene when Jessie Mae is in the soda shop, the reflection in the big window pane for the other side of the street was even detailed!

Any one have info on those Buses?

It was 1947 (seen on all of the license plates).
