Is the 21st Anniversary Edition true widescreen?

What I mean is, does the movie just have two black bars over it, or did they actually have a widescreen print of the film? All of the other Troma movies seem to be in fullscreen.

Are the newer Special Features worth it?

I just bought the Unrated Director's Cut from Walmart for $5.50 which is a really good price.

I just want to get an idea for the differences between the two.

Also, how long is the longest version of the movie? I heard something about 110 minutes. I think my DVD is about 82 - 87 minutes.
