Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for this one.

I believe you should try to get in touch with Lions Gate.

Terminal Choice was released theatrically in 1985 by ALMI. The film's home video release was covered by Vestron Video, which was bought out by Live Entertainment in the 1990s. In 1998, Live changed its name to Artisan, only to merge into Lions Gate 6 years later, so there you have it. :)
