Why did Pamela all of the sudden stopped liking Mick?

She was a user. Whoever was the lead is where she wanted to be.

I thought Pamela was such a rude bitch to Mick for telling him to drop dead after he tells her that he wanted to get out of the basketball court, I thought that was an improper way of breaking up with somebody.
