Where can I find this movie?

Been looking out for the Canadian VHS for 5 years now, with little to no luck. Although I did find a picture of this copy from eBay.

Unfortunately, someone had to bid on it before I even got the chance and I had "On the Killer's Track" saved in my saved searches yet eBay never even sent me a message letting me know that the Canadian copy was up for grabs.
