Reliable availability?

I've been searching for a copy of this film since I noticed it mentioned on the back of the box for the New Yorker Video VHS release of "Drachenfutter" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092924/). In fact, this is one of the few (only?) New Yorker titles that appears to have vanished (there are no listings for it on Amazon, eBay, Half.com, or anywhere else online). According to WorldCat.org about 20 libraries in the U.S. own a VHS release of the film...does anyone know of a reliable source to purchase or stream it? Many thanks in advance for any information.
