Patsy Cline is one of the few female singers I like...

I don't really care for female vocalists. They are nice to look at. But Too high pitched and screechy for my tastes. But Patsy had such a great unique voice and she didn't have to sing loud all the time! She knew when to sing soft and when to be emotive and just plain sing.

I don't like female country singers. I think its done better by men. But Patsy is an exception. The only other female country singer I like is Suzy Bogguss.
