Someone said to buy the version with the cover as it appears on this page. Does anyone know why? The runtime is the same on both versions, so I'm assuming no scenes were deleted. Anyway, I saw the other version and I liked it.
shareI have no idea, that's the version I have but I've been told the other one (it pictures Fred standing with his little light in the foreground and like Helena in the background I think) is the French version...AKA not dubbed is the better one because of technical reasons, the AV in the dubbed one (which we have/saw) is not the best it seems weak/fuzzy in parts because of how they fixed up the AV stuff. Only thing some people may not like about the French version is it's in French with subtitles but A)If you've seen the dubbed version you know what's going on ahead of time anyway so reading the subtitles won't be as hard and B)even if you go into it not knowing it isn't like there's all that much diologue to keep up with anyways
shareNow I realize I made a mistake...that person was telling me to buy the version with Fred holding the lightstick, which is the one I saw. Yes, definitely better to go with the subtitled version.
