I've been searching for this movie for years!

I was going to post on the "I need to know" board, but the images were so vague, all I could think to describe the movie was aliens and shaving cream and I for sure thought I was making it up. I'm pretty sure this is the movie I saw as a kid, I remember the cream causing a craze and a little boy. Now can someone tell me if this scene exists, because it would really solidify that it's the same movie for me. The little boy feels pressure to eat the stuff, so he replaces it with shaving cream and eats that instead. I actually have no desire to watch the movie again, but it's been bugging me for years because I always had the image in my mind.

I finally saw it! A pretty bad movie but it was quite funny.

I remember seeing a commercial for this film as a little kid. As I got older, I got to thinking about it and tried searching for it (on here and elsewhere) with no success. Time went on without me finding it, so I thought I may have imagined the ad or was crazy. But I knew deep down that I really had seen the ad all those years ago, and I didn't like thinking that I had been crazy as a youngster, so I believed that someday I would find the film. Sure enough, this morning I found this profile on IMDb. I remember it as being called "Stuff" without the "The". I also recall some kid in the film being held down by a group of people and saying something like, "I'm going to kill all of you." Again, I never saw the movie, only an ad for it.
