New Book on Larry Cohen

With remarkable candour, Cohen recounts his many outrageous adventures in independent filmmaking, and shares lively personal memories of such legendary figures as Alfred Hitchcock, Stanley Kubrick, Bette Davis, Martin Scorsese, Andy Kauffman, David Carradine, Sam Fuller, Bernard Herrmann, Fred Williamson, James Brown, Traci Lords, Samuel Z. Arkoff, Evelyn Keyes, Roger Corman, and many others.

Coming in at 702 pages, the book is comprised of 28 chapters and features a foreword by actress Laurene Landon (Maniac Cop) and an introduction by filmmaker Mick Garris (The Stand, The Shining). It also contains more than 70 rare photographs from Cohen's personal archives, some of which have never been published before. There is also a complete filmography as well as an extensive notes section.
