Sony Pictures Home Entertainment released the official "Steaming" DVD on September 2011, in its Classic British collection. I bought it but have not received yet, so I cannot tell as of now if it's the abridged American version of 91 minutes, as advertised, or the full original British cut, which seems probable being a UK release..
shareIt's the shorter 91 minute cut. It's also 4:3 ratio, but as nothing significant appears to be missing I presume it's open matted rather than pan and scanned.
Also, not surprisingly it's region 2 PAL format.

It's great that it's finally been released on DVD. It's an overlooked British classic.
