Oh dear.

Well, we'll have to see what they come up with. I think Starchaser was slotted to be a series of films, but that never happened. Maybe these people can turn it around and achieve the original objective.

I really love this movie myself, but I think it's just as well a sequel never got made, since the end seemed very conclusive.

However, I am very excited at the idea of a remake. I just hope they go through with it and don't end up canceling the project. It would be great if the remake is a huge hit and introduces an entire generation to the story of Orin and his quest to free his people.

So agreed, this one got me very interested in how it'll develop for a new generation 28 years after the original (pulling a Tron Legacy business).
