Is this on Blu-Ray?
If so, what company released or is going to release it?

This movie isnt even on DVD....and I doubt will ever see a blu ray release. This is one of those good horror movies that sadly slipped through the cracks and never got transferred. VHS is available in ebay but its not cheap.
It does need a blu ray release. Fully mastered from some sought of negative and packed with features. An audio commentary would be nice as well. But if it contained lost footage from the original "Twisted Souls" screenplay, I would imagine the disc would be wanted by most horror fans/ movie collector's. Wake up disributors! Release a blu ray of this!
