did anyone notics that the guards that suggest they have a pepsi in the drive in was BB. King? maybe i am nuts but i think it was him.
sharethe pepsi appearance is less subtle, right, like in waynes world. dan aykroyd: "you think with your dick... maybe your dick's not so dumb", coolest scene of the movie when they drop down in the desert contained with potato chips and cans, you could tell right away those guys they encountered were up to no good, they looked right out of a nazi flick, the greetings i found tiresome already as a kid and repeats like that continues at the operating, btw, am i the only one getting a school vibe, much of this movie is chevy and aykroyd escaping but it's a very rich movie, it gets so suspenseful at times you forget it's a comedy, but i realise this flick is partly uneven and misses out on opportunities, the background music poorly placed, the first single scene between chase and donna is terrible, the part where he's being interrogated by russians a lot of fun though, notice aykroyd's using pretty heavy canadian accent as he pronounces certain words and i've never seen him with such heavy hairstyle either, was there a thing in the 80s or something using about as much hair on the sides chase again in this. right away the settings struck me, like looking out the window, i think i read the places taking place in russia was filmed in finland or norway, last time i saw this i didn't realise there are two actors from the original twilight zone where they played similar parts, i didn't even know who bob hope was and you're right, i could never quite grasp b.b. king's cameoπΈjust passes you by, clearer appearance by soul finger, notice how weird it looks with ronald reagan at the end billed as any joe being in the cast.
