Seriously, you start with cutting off fingers.

You cut off the toes first, THEN when they still refuse, you cut off the fingers. Even then, you do it one joint at the time not the whole god damn finger.

When you're torturing someone you generally wire their 'nads up to an electrical source. It takes a lot less work than beating them or cutting off things.
