Good thing Orko was not here

He would have ruined this beautiful film just like he did in the series!

Nothing against Orko, but writers Ditillio and Bob Forward decided not to put him in the story and I am glad they did so.

He was just a goofy comic caricature and not a real character. The story of THE SECRET OF THE SWORD on the other hand was darker, character based, and didnt need him, leaving enough real, serious scenes for He-man and She-ra to interact.

Yeah, my sentiment exactly. Orko wouldn't have been apropriate for this film. Although, Imp and that talking broom don't seem apropriate either!

That, and along with Madam Razz he would just be overkill in the bumbling magician part.

Orko was always annoying.

Madam Razz was more annoying than Orko.

I think Madame Razz and her broom are the She-Ra characters version of Orko because of how funny those two act at times. You see in the He-man Series Orko would always crash into things and cause things to fall over. Madame Razz crashes in Wispering Woods while riding her broom. Plus in the storyline of this movie I would say the reason Orko does not appear is at the very time Adam and Cringer go to find Adora I think Orko is back on his home world of Trolla visiting his Uncle Montork, and his girlfriend. That would be a good reason why you do not see Orko is he is back on his home planet visiting friends and family.

In all honesty I'll take Orko over madame Razz anytime. The way she was drawn felt even more out of place then Orko. She looks like a reject from an old Warner Brothers cartoon...
