What this movie needed!!

The movie wastes no time giving the main character invisibility powers which he gains as a spirit from the dead. He has some fun going into the girls shower and pranking some people but doesn't get too creative beyond that. There's a more memorable scene with the ghostly mentor having fun with the Sleeping Princess. In this scene the mentor wonders invisibly into the Sorority room of a sleeping girl. The covers are removed baring the girls long legs and blue panties. He continues to pull apart her nightie to reveal her breast. As she rolls over he invisibly tuggs her nightie away to show her butt. She becomes annoyed and swats him away. The Sleeping Princess scene is what I was hoping for more of from an invisible man type movie. This movie didn't live up to it's potential and should've done more invisible fun.

This was the first "R" rated movie i ever saw in the movies actually as i was 14 when this came out and i can remember me and my friends getting dropped off at the movies and we told our parents of course we were seeing something else but once i saw the poster to this visions of "Porky's" ran thru my mind so you can imagine my excitement. Well it wasn't as good as Porky's but it was pretty darn good when it comes to T&A and really thats why you watch this movie in the first place so anyone who expected a "masterpiece" or to be "moved" by this movie didn't understand why this was made. "T&A" baby!! Say it with me...."T&A"!!! As a matter of fact i just rented this thru netflicks and plan on seeing it for the very first time since that wonderful night in 1985!

Oh, I don't mean to hold the movie up to a huge standard at all. It clearly serves its purpose as a movie with T&A. I think with the whole spirit/invisibilty theme going for the movie that it could've done more of that style. It was loaded ith one atractive girl after another but it could've used more invisibility scenarios. Like go around pulling up skirts, popping opens blouses and such. It shold've had more fun with the idea is all.

Yeah i can see your point, nothing wrong with that kind of fun which is what i was looking for anyway when i saw it! It will be real interesting seeing this movie for the first time in 22 years, i can't remember a lot about it and its a real shame they still don't make some cool 80's T&A flicks like this today. You know like Spring Break, Hardbodies, ect.

I know what you mean because I miss the style of T&A movies from the 80's! The last person that made the comment about wanting more invisibility notion of blouses popping open and skirts being blown up that would be doing like copy infringements to ZAPPED you know. I am just being honest about it but it has been a long time since I have seen this movie.

I miss USA UP ALL NIGHT being on the weekends. That is where I watched a lot of these movies was on that show. They sure do not make movies like this at all anymore like they once did but the thing is todays society would not be able to handle a movie like this anymore except for some of us who loves these kinds of movies though.

Well said RobBase086-1, very well said my friend!!

Thanks! I am glad you like what I have said because it is the honest truth on what I have stated. Todays society has become too sensitive I feel about certain things. Do not get me wrong I understand as to why they do it but it makes it no fun for us who want to enjoy a movie like School Spirit.

If they did a remake of this movie I hate to say it but they would cut out a lot of the nudity and only make it a PG-13 movie to squeeze in the 13 year olds on up to 18 and older.

That is why the only way a remake could be done is if someone like us a fan of the movie was to actually do it right you know. Everybody thinks that they have ideas on what should happen and it ruins the movie I think.

I hope you took a look at the website that my friends and I created in dedication to USA UP ALL NIGHT and the fans of the show.

Thanks for the compliment! I appreciate that!

I totally agree with you there on that idea that you have slimer93 where they should have done more gimmics of lifting of skirts, removal of blouses, and so much more! It was a very good movie and I loved watching it.

I think my first time watching this was at my neighbors house. He was watching this and I was like 13 years old at that time or a little older. I later on saw it once again on USA UP ALL NIGHT! I loved it and thought it was great to watch! It is a classic 80's T&A movie buddy! They do not make films like this anymore and if they do they are considered B movies.

I know what you mean about that guy and agree with you there. They should have had more scenes where a hottie was having her clothes removed.

This film certainly delivered the tasty T&A during the obligatory shower scene.

Beyond the fact that it would've been more entertaining, it would obviously have been more realistic as well -- if one can use a word like that about a fantasy comedy like this.

I don't think there's ever been made a movie that depicts what most guys actually would've done if they suddenly recieved special powers like invisibility, mind control, unlimited wishes or any of that stuff. I think we all know that would be closer to a cross between hardcore porn and horror, than the light comedies that usually deals with those storylines.

IMDb-boards would be less confusing if people would mark their signatures clearly.
