Rating discussion on Laughing Target (1993)

I'm not sure how to handle this, so I thought I'd give you a try. I didn't want to bring it up at the Contribution zone, because it dosn't look like a very popular movie.
Anyway. At the Icelandic rating site it says that Laughing Target (Rumik World 2) is rated 16 http://hubble.mmedia.is/domino/Kvikmynd/kvikrep.nsf/f191c5166a4381bd002564a30043112b/2d1d58d363b817a184256497007fc9d9?OpenDocument
It also says that the movie is produced in 1993 and directed by someone called TADASUKE TAKAHASHI, but I can't find anyone by that name on imdb.
That site is know to have errors, but maybe the info at imdb is incorect. There are three movies that follow Rumik World 1. The question is, wich movie are they refering to, Rumik World: Warau hyôteki,
Ningyo no mori or Rumik World: Za chojo? One of these titles must have incorect info.

Rumik World: Warau hyôteki is alsow known as Laughing Target. But imdb says that it's directed by Tohru Matsuzono and released in 1987.
The one that I believe is rated 16 in Iceland is Rumik World: Za chojo. Imdb says that its directed by Kazuyoshi Katayama and Tomoko Konparu. And that it's released in 1992. I think that this info is incorect.
There is also a posibility that this is yet another title not listed on imdb.
