Looking forward to it! The robot was always a dumb comedy feature that felt out of place, I'm glad he's removing that.

It wasn't like Rocky IV was an overly-serious film; that the robot needs to be eliminated.
I'm kind of amazed the cut footage has still been preserved all these years later. I don't know how the DC will be released but I'm sure I'll watch it.

Back then the robot seemed like a silly gimmick and out of place, I know Rocky IV isn’t the most serious entry, but without that monstrosity it maybe take a different tone.

The robot was silly but then it was the 80's where all the new gadgets had to be shown off. It was fun leave it in. It's not like it took up a lot of time.
