a.k.a. Reunion at Farnborough??

I have noticed some website listing this movie with the slightly different name of 'Reunion at Farnborough'...is it just confusion over the name of a real base?

Thanks! M2

Farnborough is a real place, home of the Farnborough Air Show, a massive and well known recirring event.

Fairborough appears to be just like the "Archbury" of "12 O'Clock High" - a made-up English-like name for an air base.

Farnborough is/was The Empire Teat Pilots school and major testing base in the UK.
It was never a Bomber base.
The Writers just used a good English type name for the Airfield.
Most of the USAB's were in Lincolnshire, Norfolk an Suffolk ( They still have Lakenheath and Mildenhall)
