Tar Man Prequel/Spin-Off

I'd like to see a Prequel movie (a thriller/adventure) about the person Tar Man was when he was alive. Per se, the events that lead up to his demise and being stuffed into the tank. I imagine that he was an earnest guy (with a wife and kids maybe) in the military and was selected against his will for the experiment. So he goes AWOL, and the military embarks on a manhunt to capture him.

And after he's eventually captured and the experiment kills him (sad), he's sealed into the tank and shipped away to Burt's warehouse. THEN intercut footage from the original ROTLD where Frank taps the tank releasing the gas and then the final scene of the movie is the protagonist in his zombie form (Dunt-duh-duh-DAAA!) Tarman and greets Tina with his signature line: BRAAAAINS! Cut to black - Roll Credits "Do you wanna PAAAARTAAAAY?!"
