How come the skeletons in the medical supply store didn't come to life?

That chemical reanimated everything in the warehouse including spilt dogs, butterflies, and cadavers but not the skeletons. How come? And we know that skeletons can come to life in this movie because of that one that came out of the ground.

Could have been, but at one point I'm pretty sure Frank did say they were real skeletons that were shipped from India.

Possibly because they were chemically treated?

There was no organic matter left in them, they were chemically treated and sanitized. All that was left to them would be the calcium and other elements making up the bones; even the bone marrow probably would have been destroyed.

That's the only reason why I would think that they wouldn't reanimate like the skeletons in the graveyard.

The tendons would have rotted away. No way of moving, even if they had been reanimated.

Right, that does make sense and is a valid explanation but then what about the skeleton in the graveyard?

He was just really determined. But seriously, I guess Dan obannon just thought it would look cool on film, and to hell with logic.

I think the real reason is because the filmmakers didn't have the budget or possibly the technology to get skeletons to look real enough.

A plausible explanation for purposes of the movie is that all of the skeletons had plastic wrapping surrounding them, so the chemical didn't get on the skeletons.

Or maybe the medical supply company was scammed and they weren't real skeletons.

Either is possible

makes sense

That corpse suspended on hooks was in a plastic wrapping and came back to life but as someone else said the skeletons had no organic matter left on them
