I've played that game when the carnival is in town. The rings in the movie seem wider but I still wonder how long it took to film them all hitting their targets. Or was that camera trickery?

They did a study where they dropped a bucketful of rings on the coke bottles and not one of the rings landed on the bottle. That's how hard that game is.
It doesn't take long at all if, like me, you're an expert in Sinanju. I've been banned from carnivals because my ring tossing abilities. I'm quite amazing. I'm sure they hired a Sinanju warrior to perform that feat in the filming. :)
