He did his own fight scenes in this and with his size and reach he was convincing as a tough-as-nails cop despite what the other thread on this board says. Crenna wasn't yet 60 in this film but the reason he looks older is because of his real-life bout with pancreatic cancer, I'd say. He won an Emmy for this role.

There was a guy in his 70's who chased down a bank robber in my area, so old guys with some size can still brawl!

I thought he was convincing as a man who was raped. But, he seemed a bit too old for the role. His character was 46 and he seemed much older.

Most people are so ungrateful to be alive, but not you. Not anymore.
