wondered about this movie
i saw this movie as a preteen and thought it shocking stuff i would probaly laugh at its cheesiness today. still i would like to see it to
compare it to my memories.
I just watched it; I got it through Netflix under the title "Deadly Justice" which is very misleading.
It is not cheesy, and chances are not much has changed in 25 years regarding rape victims, especially male ones.
Not that I mind the subject matter, but The Rape of Richard Beck was quite heavy-handed in dealing with its' context.
"I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not".
Far from an ambiguous title.
You hate Congress but every election you re-elect YOUR "guy" and wonder why things never change!
