As far as I can tell, no released version has ever subtitled the non-English speaking dialogue. In the case of the Vietnamese speaking parts it makes sense even, because we've had Vietnamese speaking posters here before telling us that the Vietnamese used in this film is nothing more than some sort of happy gibberish that even they couldn't understand. And the Russian featured here supposedly isn't that much better. For example, the Russian writing on the pirate's bazooka is just some random cyrillics they slapped on to the prop.

So no subs, because it's all gibberish.
