Unless you have enough incredible dumb luck to come across it used somewhere, near as I can tell, the above link is the only place you can get it. You might be able to find it cheaper elsewhere or on a different format, but I haven't had any luck finding it available anywhere other than the above link. The price is somewhat steep considering it's only 20 minutes, particularly if you're only casually curious, but if you're a collector, it's a worthy addition. And it also comes bundled with another short called "Ballet Robotique" which adds a little more value for your dollar. Rainbow War is just wonderful. Definitely make the effort to see it somehow if you can manage.
