It's called Rainbow Brite and ME. It's on the Rainbow Brite website for download.

Bettina Bush (the voice of Rainbow Brite) sings the theme song.

Sheen Easton sings Rainbow Brite and Me as the closing credits roll.

At least that's what I've always thought.

Bettina sang the song in the end credits. Her singing voice is quite different than the voice she used for Rainbow Brite. She was actually quite a bit older than her Rainbow Brite voice would indicate when the film was made.
