Dejavu?

I could have sworn I saw that scene where the guy pulls out a bazooka from underneath the boat seat and says he got it from an Israeli friend in another movie. At first I thought I saw it in Rambo 2 but I was wrong. Anyone have any idea? I'm pretty damn sure I saw this exact same scene in another movie.
