Credit title music
Just wanted to know if any one can tell me the name of the military band that is played while the credit title at the beginning of the movie rolls. I know it is very famous.

shareStauss "Radetsky March"
shareStrauss Sr., Radetzky March. After that, when the music is quieter, the orchestra plays the opening of Strauss Jr.'s Emperor Waltz. There are various other Strauss Jr. waltzes in the movie, including the full Emperor waltz and Wiener Blut (Viennese Blood).
shareThanks a lot for the info, doticus.
I am always trying to identify the music played in the movies, especially if they are classic pieces. But my knowledge on that subject is limited. So I try to find info on the net but sometimes is very hard to find out something.
Luckyly some fellow poster has always the right answer.
Just a little info on the music...Mr. Szabo, the director, thought it fitting to put that music in there as his tribute to Joseph Roth who was an Austrian Jew who committed suicide on the Rue Tournon in Paris when Hitler's armies entered the city in 1940.
