DVD
Does anybody know if this great film is available on DVD or VHS or if there is a release date?
shareDear Aled, I'm afraid as far as I know there is no DVD available and the only video available was released in 1985. I have tried ordering it from ebay but recieved an appaling teen martial arts movie instead. Coincidentally the cover displayed for this film on the web page is the same as that terrible film. My only advice is to keep looking in charity shops or collectors video shops. Best of Luck.
sharei bought this film on VHS many years ago and have watched it so many times, I know it by heart but never tire of it.
unfortunately, over the past 20 years i have never seen it on sale anywhere, ever!
time for a re-release i think

For 10 years I was blissfully unaware that my VCR plays NTSC cassettes. Now I can play my newly purchased copy of this film to my heart's content - or at least until they finally release it on DVD.
The lion and the calf shall lie down together, but the calf won't get much sleep.share
