Question about this movie.

Sorry to bother you folks but I have been trying to find out the name of a certain 80's flick where an old man is doused with gasoline and is set on fire and these punks are chasing these teenagers in an Amusement Park and one of them

SPOILERS

one of them gets his head cut off by a roller coaster and one dies from a ferris wheel getting unscrewed so when it reaches a certain angle, it flips over the person.

Sorry again but I was maybe 7 when I saw this movie and unfortunately could never remember the title, but after going on google, think this is the closest I could get to finding a similar movie.
