The parents drinking tea on the beach was the best part

I'm watching this movie on tv and while I missed a portion of the beginning I think the best part is where the parents talk to each other. They are all so deadpan and typical men and women. Butch's dad asking what the property was worth was perfect. Everyone knows someone like that.
