What you are actually seeing in this film is Chuck Norris after receiving an injection of 10 times the lethal dose of elephant tranquillizer.
On set directors administer this to him to slow him down, so he doesn't kill the other actors during fight sequences or in the lunch queue. This would explain his rather laid back punching technique.
Incidentally after Missing in Action 2 came out in France, they surrendered, just to be on the safe side.
Pixtonchuck what have you been smoking???? everyone knows chuck norris wasnt actually in MIA2? it was all computer graphics. If he was on set and had to do a fight scene with those amateurs he would of sent them back in time with one of his punches. the reason they look rather naff in the movie is because the technology at the time was still in its infancy so it looks rather dated now
