B movie with plot holes galore!

I always wanted to see this movie but never seemed to be the right time. Finally had the chance when it was shown on Encore Mystery the other day.

I love movies that were made from the 80's, I like to see how far we have came with technology, etc...

This movie did not have much going on. The plot was paper thin and the acting was not that good. Mariel Hemingway is a terrible actress. The action scenes were laughable and they made the cops stupid(in this movie they deserved that).

I was rooting for the bad guy.

Yeah, some old B movies would make A movies now, but I think Mariel Hemingway would have kept this one from being an A even today - that and Kurt's dumb race across town and the opening drawbridge. But change those two and it would have been a better film.

Actually this one did make an A movie. I just realized that Just Cause is basically the same thing only told much better. And with better actors.
