The first SPECIES film seemed to have been inspired by Lifeforce, as least in terms of its featuring a babe of ALIEN menace preying upon humans...while unclothed for a fair amount of the running time.
There really aren't that many similar sci-fi movies, at least not with the same degree of innocent on-screen nudity. Sirpa Lane's performance in BEAST IN SPACE may come close, but that's a bit more overtly salacious a movie than LIFEFORCE.
I agree in the suggestion of SPECIES. It comes close, alas the actress never really has the same amount (or degree) of on-screen nude time as did Mathilda May. Did any of the Species movies have much in the way of full frontal shots?
Hmm. Good excuse to rewatch them, purely for research purposes of course.
If all else fails there's always SHOWGIRLS.

The recent (and surprisingly decent) straight-to-dvd horror flick Naked Fear featured its lead actress Danielle De Luca (who's really, really hot) in a twenty-minute long nude scene. I couldn't say for sure, but I don't think even Mathilda May's total nude screen time tallies up to that much.
There's also Laura Gemser in Emanuelle and the Last Cannibals. She spends a good portion of the first half hour naked and spends the entire last ten minutes totally nude.

And, coincidentally (or not), Return of the Living Dead was written/directed by Dan O'Bannon. The same guy who wrote Lifeforce.
If you're looking to find more movies with similar amounts of nudity, you may want to start with his other projects as he seems to really enjoy writing those types of things.

Suzanna Hamilton in "1984" is a good example.
Perhaps, the longest running lead nude actress is Jane Birkin, in 237 minute long French movie "La Belle Noiseuse", which is about an old artist getting his mojo back by drawing a nude portrait of Birkin. As stated, the film is 237 minutes long and is about the artistic process, therefore Birkin (a breathakingly beautiful woman) spends most of the running time naked and un-moving.
