Can anyone tell me when this is going to be on this season? I live in Kokomo, In. and I have Insight Communications. Thank you so much for your help.

I live in Oregon and have Comcast, but it says it will be airing on Cartoon Network at noon PST on Dec. 16. Check out http://www.cartoonnetwork.com/tv_shows/specials/2005_holiday/all/index.html for more info.

I sent an email to Rick at RankinBass.com about this film coming to DVD. He sent this in reply:

Hi XXXX!

Plans are for WARNER BROS to include it in a RANKIN/BASS DVD set in 2006. We'll see.... Rick www.rankinbass.com

Now I wish I hadn't spent so much to get the VHS.

Well its Nov '06 still no DVD.

Any chance anyone out there knows when it will be on TV?

This Rankin and Bass one MIGHT air during the 25 Days of Christmas on ABC Family in December. As always, check your local listings. Hopefully it'll air.

And hopefully they'll release it on DVD and hopefully it'll be available separately on dvd, in addition to any set.
