We just watched this movie and I would bet a pile of money that the passenger of the truck who points out Billie Jean to the driver that shoots at their station wagon at 1:00:24 (give or take a few seconds) is Cameron Diaz. And if it's not, then she sure looks a lot like her.

Helen Slater get top-billing & is the 1st actor listed in the credits. She's also 10 years older than Diaz who was 13 when this was made.
shareI realized after I looked up Cameron Diaz' filmography that she was far too young to have been in this film. I know there are the credits, but I thought something might have been missed... The girl in the truck has similar facial features to Cameron Diaz.
