This movie is so weird! Why do we all love it? 😆

The atmosphere, the musical score, the original feel to this strange realm. Its got its own kind of magic and it casts its "spell" on us every time we watch it.

The cinematography. Its probably visually the most beautiful movie in the world. Its ridiculous that Scott's movies haven't got Oscar nominations for cinematography.

Also Tim Curry's performance as the Darkness.

Too bad the movie was butchered and we'll probably never see it in full length.

There’s a Director’s Cut on disc. It’s almost a completely different movie. Did you know that Blix was based on Keith Richards, decades before Capt. Jack Sparrow?

The DC also has the right score, by Jerry Goldsmith.

Yes, I have the DC or the so called "Final Cut". Its still missing some scenes and the movie is scarred with continuity errors because of that.

Coolest looking villain of all time! I don’t think any other movie got a “devil” type character so perfect visually. Darkness was an evil badass villain, and that is what I’ve loved about this film since I was a little kid. I used to wait the whole movie until he finally showed up at the end for the big showdown.
