All these different versions!

There's probably several topics covering this, but I thought I'd ask anyway:
I grew up with the European version, 89-minutes cut with Goldsmith's score.
I have only seen the waltz-scene with Tangerine Dream's score, but I would love to see the rest of the movie with that score.
I have a DVD version at home, which is with the Goldsmith score - but it isn't Director's Cut.

I've been searching for different versions online and so far there's 3?
The one I have, 89 minutes, Goldsmith.
The American release, also 89-minutes (I think) with Tangerine Dream
The Director's Cut, which should be much longer, but with some scenes removed apparently? Scenes such at the one with the witch. This version should have Goldsmith's score.

Now, could anybody sort this out for me?
And is there a DVD or Blu Ray version with all the versions on it?
I knew they tried to restore most of the lost scenes for the Director's Cut, but it confuses me that they removed stuff?
