William H. Macy

I got a kick out of his tiny part. I love seeing actors before they're big.

Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room!

reply

lol, now you know why the Shoveler, shovels.

reply

Did you notice who the Limo driver was when they try to kidnap Laura the first time? It was Chazz Palminteri! He had hair! I always check the credits and sure enough it was him, Thug # 2 lol.

Louie, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

You can't be picky if you're an actor!

I'm pretty sure that dude from the show Martin was workin' at the pizza shop too. Not exactly famous, but not exactly a nobody either.

reply

Yep, that was definitely Cole from Martin.

reply

Did anyone realize that not only was Cole from Martin (who was also Cockroach on The Cosby Show) on here, but Rudy from The Cosby Show was Bruce Leroy's little sister?

reply

I did recognize her almost immediately(if you didn't, her scene would be over). I said to myself, "I'll be damned if that's not Rudy from The Cosby Show!" I still wasn't completely convinced until the ending credits.

Being inconsistent is better the being consistently bad.

reply

They had an episode of The Cosby Show where Theo and Cockroach had tickets to a dance show very similar to the one portrayed in this movie. Only Cockroach was able to get in and danced with the show's host.

reply

When I was watching this film on Sunday evening I was like DAMN! That is William H. Macey! That is great to see them before they become big.

i guess chazz palminteri was in it too as one of the thugs...altho i didn't know who he was until "a bronx tale" came out. i've seen this movie quite a few times but can't recall which scene(s) he might've been in.

reply

COOL To hear about Chazz Palminteri was in the film as well playing a thug. It happens and no one is perfect. It is always interesting to see some of these people who first start out in the business do some of the cheesiest films or low budget films and then make it big to where we forget about some of the least memorable films that they have done.

agreed! honestly tho, i don't think i've seen chazz in anything other than bronx tale and usual suspects lol. i think he was pretty good in both.

finally found this in the $5 bin at walmart & bought it...chazz is one of the thugs that try to kidnap laura as she's exiting the club and leroy comes to her rescue. he has a full head of hair but it looks brutally fake, as does his mustache!

"i like your movies man, you got a great penis"

I also enjoy actors also doing small roles before they are big also.

I don't think this is about William H. Macy anymore, but I'll mention him again. I had no idea who this JJ was at the beginning of this movie - I just saw it this morning - I'd never heard about it before it was recommended sometime last week. I saw the name WH Macy in the credits, and flipped back to JJ's scene to see for myself, and Sho-Nuff.....

Now, I have to go back and look for Chazz Palmienteri, (SP?) whom I just caught in a recent Modern Family episode.

I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness, starving hysterical naked.

That members only jacket he was wearing was gloriously hideous.
