The Man in the Hooded Cloak

In the scene where it's morning, Philippe has run away, Navarre has returned to human form and Isabeau is once again a hawk, she flies to Navarre, who says, "Good morning! Let's go find Philippe."

Because of the lighting and "Navarre's" hooded cloak, we don't see his face. I'll bet it's actually the bird's trainer, with Hauer merely doing a voice-over. It would have saved time and money to disguise the trainer and have him double for Hauer, instead of trying to teach the bird to fly to Hauer.
