Rite after this movie aired, the real Gorbachev was appointed Russian prez, long b4 the Soviet Union collapsed & they were democratic for a while. No1 had ever heard of Mikhail Gorbachev b4, and it ain't a common Russian name either. I wonder if the writer had an inside track on Politburo selection procedures!
