something apart from the later 'Kojak' tv-movies?

It seems like the five Kojak movies made in 1989 and 1990 is airing on tv every once in a while, well i've come across it twice now anyway, while the earlier two, 1985's "the belarus file" and 1987's "the price of justice" doesn't seem to air. are the rights to the earlier movies owned by others or working something like that?

it's been a time,
when i didn't know you were alive,
so it must be a mission able to pull through,
to live my life without you,
such a sweet girl, but now you're gone from my life,
i sometimes get frustrated how things has turned out,
things has gone so wrong,
and there not a thing i can do at all,
feel like running away,
couse if your not near, i couldn't stay,
i keep hoping, that you'll come back to me,
but your defenitively gone it seem,
i miss your smile,
having you by my side,
but it's been a time,
when i didn't know you were alive,
so i guess it somehow can be done,
living without your love,
wishin you were here by my side,
but your gone, and now its a new day in time.

Slightly similar to the excellent The Odessa File, pretty good too.

He said you were'nt fit to live with pigs! And I stuck up for you! I said you were!

This one stands out in that some of the guys reprise their TV roles. Also last film of George Savalas who died soon after. The going was rough for the remainder of Telly's life due to that as he took it very hard. George was only 58.
