They talked about a summer job, but I don't remember her mentioning college. So did the movie begin with her (and I assume Greg, Denise and Rick) as juniors or seniors?

I think Rick actually says he's a senior. I always assumed all the main characters were, too. Well, not Buddy.

I always assumed a senior....that seemed like a senior prom they went to toward the end of the movie.
