Can anyone who speaks French help me figure out a word in what Marie reads from a book between minutes 33 and 34? At the end she says, "... qu'elle peut vous offrir un [quelque chose] confort." I just can't make out that word.

It's "qu'elle peut vous offrir un reconfort." After the word "offrir" she hesitates slightly (so it sounds like "offrir-euh" - very typical spoken French habit), which may have caused the confusion.
