I don't think he did anything too graphic to her but certainly scared her enough to get her crying. He says "nothing happened" and may not have touched her, but he still did something very wrong to get such a response from her.
Obviously he has done much worse to other children in his past.
Still, I can't help but feel a little bad for him. He obviously can't function in the world in his condition and feels tremendous guilt for his sexual tendencies.

I mean, he obviously hates himself for the way he is.
He wants to go to Istanbul because it's got the hardest and dirtiest prisons, and he wants to suffer.
Nowadays (and I think thenadays too, lol) he could have gotten psychiatric help, but I guess he couldn't afford it.
