I remember this....vaguely

I've long had one memory of this TV movie (which I only watched because, at the time, I was deeply in love--so I thought--with Mackenzie Astin). It's of T.J. standing over his mother's bottle, folding his arms and doing "the blink" to get her out. That's about the only memory of this I have but it's wrapped in sentimental value.
